Work location: AdriaScan office in Cancun! 

Duties & Responsibilities

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist who will fully use their knowledge, experience, and expertise to further improve our customer services by serving our clients and partners more efficiently and with stronger focus on their needs. Working with other colleagues from the Customer Services Department and the Development and Quality Assurance teams, you will:

  • Provide support, installation, and training services to users of AdriaScan software solutions
  • Receive, record, analyse, and resolve AdriaScan’s clients’ requests for assistance and/or additional information
  • Gather AdriaScan’s clients’ feedback and share it with other relevant AdriaScan personnel
  • Create new and update existing documentation and instructions on the use of Adria Scan software solutions 

You will also have agile mindset with a clear focus on company’s clients, products, and goals, willing to learn and to apply newly acquired knowledge to improve your and your colleagues’ work results.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Experience

As a Customer Support Specialist you will need the following knowledge, skills, and experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer services or customer support role
  • Working experience with customer support software solutions
  • Working experience with CRM – Salesforce CRM experience is an advantage
  • Very good communication and collaboration skills
  • Positive attitude about providing the best service to the clients
  • Being a self-starter with multi-tasking abilities
  • Very good knowledge of English language (spoken and written)
  • Good knowledge of second European language (Spanish, German, French) is an advantage
  • BSc in Information Technology or relevant diploma
