Our solutions are industry standard, and we are approved supplier of passport/ID scanning solutions for some of the largest hotel groups, such as Marriott, Hilton, Accor, and IHG. 

In line with the company’s global expansion, we are looking for new team members. 

Duties & Responsibilities

New team member is required to work from office.

As a member of the Customer Services Team, you will collaborate closely with our Operations team and QA specialists to enhance the quality and functionality of our software solutions. Also, you will communicate with corporate clients for fulfilment of specific projects.   

Your key responsibilities will include: 

  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Act as a liaison between Customer Service and Development to address issues as they arise, facilitating effective communication to improve customer support and development processes. 
  • Oracle SSD/OCIM Platform Preparation: Support customers, typically IT managers, in pre-installation setup of the Oracle SSD/OCIM platform, enabling a smooth interface implementation for end users.  
    Note: this role does not involve performing the actual installation or training. 
  • Project coordinator: Coordination with clients and different internal teams for successful implementation of company solutions. Leading various smaller projects related to specific end user solutions and client applications. 

Required Knowledge, Skills & Experience

An IT Operations position is an ideal role for someone with great organizational skills and a desire for project management. This position requires the following knowledge, skills, and experience: 

  • Good knowledge of MS Windows OS
  • Basic knowledge of computer network and network protocols and components
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills  
  • Good knowledge of English language (spoken and written) 
  • Knowledge of Spanish or French is an advantage
