Duties & Responsibilities

We are looking for new employees who are based in Zagreb, Croatia.

New team member is required to work from office.

We are looking for a Junior Software Tester who is passionate about improving the products and delivering the quality. As part of the Software Development team, you will be working alongside our developers and QA specialists to improve our software solutions by:

Testing our software solutions using both manual and automated testing methods
Creating test scenarios and developing test scripts, and documenting and communicating the results clearly to the team
Acting as a liaison between the Customer Services and Development teams when working on bugs and errors reported by our clients

You will also have agile mindset with a clear focus on company’s clients, products, and goals, willing to learn and to apply newly acquired knowledge to improve your and your colleagues’ work results.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Experience

A Software Tester is an ideal role for someone who wants to expand their career into the QA field and, to start with, has the following knowledge, skills, and experience:

Good knowledge of MS Windows 10, MS Windows 11 OS and MS Windows Server OS
Good knowledge of other Microsoft products including MS SQL Server, Visual Studio, and .NET environment
Basic knowledge of computer network and network protocols and components
Exceptional attention to detail
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Good knowledge of English language (spoken and written)
