In line with the company’s global expansion, we are looking for new team members. 

Duties & Responsibilities

New team member is required to work from office.

As a member of the Quality Assurance Team, you will collaborate closely with our developers and QA specialists to enhance the quality and functionality of our software solutions as well as improvement of internal Knowledge Base.   

Your key responsibilities will include: 

  • Knowledge Base Management: Contribute to maintaining and expanding the company’s knowledge base by writing concise, informative articles. You’ll work in coordination with the QA team to document solutions for recurring issues, ensuring the knowledge base remains a valuable resource for internal teams. 
  • Cross-Departmental CollaborationAct as a liaison between Customer Service and Development to address issues as they arise, facilitating effective communication to improve customer support and development processes. 
  • Software TestingConduct both manual and automated testing to validate software functionality, performance, and reliability. Identify, document, and report issues, working closely with the development team to ensure timely resolutions. 
  • Test Scenario Development: Create detailed test scenarios and scripts to cover all aspects of software use, recording results clearly and communicating findings to the team for continuous improvement. 

Required Knowledge, Skills & Experience

A Software Tester is an ideal role for someone who wants to expand their career into the QA field and, to start with, has the following knowledge, skills, and experience:    

  • Good knowledge of MS Windows OS
  • Basic knowledge of computer network and network protocols and components
  • Good knowledge of writing short articles 
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills  
  • Good knowledge of English language (spoken and written)
