We are expanding our team and seeking a Customer Support Specialist – French speaker to support our clients, improve customer satisfaction and ensure smooth communication across departments.

Your Responsibilities

  • Ensure high customer satisfaction for all assigned accounts.
  • Provide professional B2B support to hotel and hospitality clients through email and phone communication.
  • Provide first‑level technical support and efficiently resolve issues by collaborating with Support, Development, and Sales teams.
  • Maintain accurate customer data and ensure up-to-date internal records.

Required Skills & Experience

Technical & Professional Skills:

  • Experience using Salesforce (advantage).
  • Experience in customer support roles (advantage).
  • Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Languages: 

  • English – fluent
  • French – fluent (required)
