Here at AdriaScan, we use the TalentLyft application, developed by AdoptoTech Ltd., as a crucial part of our selection process in obtaining new employees. TalentLyft, in this case serving as a Data Processor, processes all personal data at our request and based on our instructions.
All details regarding the safety of personal data during data processing are defined by Data Processing Agreement signed between AdriaScan and TalentLyft.
Collected Personal Data
Collected data includes all details you provide in your CV:
name, surname, title, personal photograph, address, email address, contact phone number, date of birth, educational background, work experience, hyperlinks to social network sites and profiles, etc.
as well as
•web browser information
•cookies, that help us track how you use the TalentLyft web
Purpose of Data Collection
Data collected is used solely for purposes of the selection process. During the selection process, data will be used for the following:
•verification of data found in the CV
•skills and qualification assessment
Access to Collected Data
After submitting your application through TalentLyft, you will receive an automatic email with information on TalentLyft Portal for Potential Candidates where you can check all your personal data, send requests for changes/updates, data export, or deletion, as well as manage your consent status.
Access to your personal data is limited to AdriaScan employees directly involved in the selection process.
CV and personal data collected will be saved for six month period after the selection process for the position you applied for ends unless we receive your request for data deletion.
